Mục tiêu: Cắt amidan có thể gây ra nhiều biến chứng nguy hiểm thậm chí có thể dẫn đến tử vong như chảy máu, đau sau mổ, biến chứng gây mê, nhiễm trùng.. Đau sau phẫu thuật là mối quan tâm của phẫu thuật viên. Đau sau phẫu thuật không chỉ ảnh hưởng đến tâm trạng, giấc ngủ và chế độ ăn uống của bệnh nhân mà còn làm tăng nguy cơ mất nước, chảy máu và nhiễm trùng, làm chậm quá trình phục hồi sau phẫu thuật của bệnh nhân, do đó, kiểm soát hiệu quả cơn đau sau phẫu thuật cũng là một chỉ số quan trọng về chất lượng điều dưỡng. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích thảo luận và phân tích mức độ đau, cách chăm sóc giảm đau cho người bệnh sau phẫu thuật cắt Amidan. Phương pháp: Báo cáo trường hợp một bệnh nhân đau dữ dội sau phẫu thuật cắt Amidan. Kết quả:Báo cáo của bệnh nhân cho thấy hiệu quả và vai trò của điều dưỡng trong công tác chăm sóc bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật cắt Amidan. Kết luận: Ngoài việc thực hiện y lệnh thuốc cho người bệnh thì người điều dưỡng có vai trọng quan trọng trong quá trình chăm sóc người bệnh. Phát hiện, đánh giá mức độ đau để can thiệp kịp thời giúp người bệnh giảm đau.
