Clinical features, endoscopic images and ct scan images of chronic sinusitis with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in ear nose and throat department, Viet Tiep hospital

Abstract
Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps is a common chronic illnesses in Vietnam. Living with chronic rhinosinusitis can have a huge negative impact on people's quality of life. Through a study of 42 patients who have Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in Viet Tiep hospital from April 2021 to May 2022, we found that the average age of the group of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps is 52.37 ± 13.9, the ratio of urban to rural patient is 4.9/1, male patients account for 59.5%, while female patients is 40.5%. With CT scan images, grade 2 and 3 chronic sinusitis are 59,5% and 23.8% while with endoscopic images, grade 2 and 3 chronic sinusitis are 64.3% and 33.3% respectively, there was no statistically significant difference.
