Abstract
Hypopharyngeal cancers involve a tumor that is relatively more silient thanh other head and neck cancer tumors. Objective: Describe the clinical and CT scan features. Materials and method: A study from a series of 40 patients are diagnosed of hypopharyngeal cancers. Results and discusion: disease mainly age of 51-70 years old 72,5%, male 100%. Patient with high risk factor smoking 80%, drinking 75%. Symptomp dysphagia 85%. The initial site of pyriform sinus (80%). CT scan evaluated features and primary site of tumor.
