Mục tiêu: Tổng quan về hiệu quả của mô hình chăm sóc theo nhóm lấy bệnh nhân làm trung tâm. Phương pháp:Tổng quan luận điểm. Kết quả: Trong 335 bài viết có liên quan, 11 bài phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn được đưa vào nghiên cứu. Các nghiên cứu này được thực hiện ở nhiều quốc gia khác nhau, đều cho thấy hiệu quả của mô hình chăm sóc theo nhóm lấy bệnh nhân làm trung tâm. Kết luận: Mô hình chăm sóc theo nhóm lấy bệnh nhân làm trung tâm cho thấy tiềm năng lớn trong việc cải thiện việc quản lý và kết quả điều trị cho nhiều bệnh lý, đặc biệt là các bệnh mãn tính
