TÓM TẮT
Mục tiêu: Chúng tôi mô tả một trường hợp điếc đột ngột, sau ngôn ngữ cả 2 tai sau nhiễm COVID-19, qua nhiều đợt điều trị được cấy ốc tai điện tử cả 2 tai và bước đầu đánh giá kết quả điều trị sau phẫu thuật.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả một trường hợp bệnh
Kết quả: Bệnh nhi Nữ, 07 tuổi, đột ngột điếc sâu hoàn toàn 2 tai được chỉ định phẫu thuật cấy ốc tai điện tử. Sau phẫu thuật vết thương lành tốt, quá trình phát triển ngôn ngữ rất khả quan.
Kết luận: Tình trạng điếc đột ngột sau ngôn ngữ được chẩn đoán sớm, và can thiệp kịp thời giúp trẻ có thể lấy lại được khả năng ngôn ngữ bình thường. Đặc biệt, kết quả nghe nói sau cấy điện ốc tai phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào quá trình luyện tập chức năng nghe và chức năng nói cho trẻ.
