Mục tiêu: Hệ thống hóa các công cụ đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống đang được sử dụng cho bệnh nhân ung thư vùng đầu cổ. Phương pháp: Tổng quan luận điểm. Kết quả: Tổng cộng 121 bài báo được xác định, sau sàng lọc và loại trừ, có 9 bài báo được đưa vào phân tích. Các công cụ đánh giá phổ biến nhất là EORTC QLQ-C30 và QLQ-H&N35. Các triệu chứng dai dẳng sau điều trị bao gồm khô miệng, khó nuốt, giảm tiết nước bọt và khó mở miệng. Một số nghiên cứu sử dụng công cụ đánh giá khách quan như HNC-FIT Scales. Các đánh giá được thực hiện tại nhiều thời điểm khác nhau, từ trước điều trị đến theo dõi dài hạn sau 3–5 năm. Kết luận: EORTC QLQ-C30/H&N35 là bộ công cụ được sử dụng phổ biến nhất trong đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống bệnh nhân ung thư vùng đầu cổ. Các triệu chứng như khô miệng, khó nuốt, giảm tiết nước bọt và khó mở miệng là những vấn đề dai dẳng sau điều trị. Việc kết hợp công cụ tự báo cáo và đánh giá khách quan giúp cải thiện độ chính xác và toàn diện trong đánh giá CLCS.
