Tóm tắt

Chuyển sản xương ở polyp mũi là một bệnh lý hiếm gặp nhưng lành tính. Có thể thấy hình ảnh tăng đâm độ bên trong sang thương trên phim CT scan. Chẩn đoán xác định dựa trên kết quả giải phẫu bệnh. Trong cáo cáo này, chúng tôi trình bày một trường hợp bệnh nhân nữ 63 tuổi bị polyp mũi chuyển sản xương. Trường hợp này rất đặc biệt vì xương dị vị tạo thành một lớp vỏ xương bao gần trọn khối polyp, điều này chưa từng được báo cáo trong y văn trước đây. Mục đích của báo cáo trường hợp này là giúp các bác sĩ nhận thức được bệnh lý đặc biệt này và có thể thêm nó vào chẩn đoán phân biệt với các bệnh lý nguy hiểm hơn.
